The Osteopathic Practice was established in 1994, is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and recognised by all major insurance companies.
The Osteopathic Practice team are:
Robi Persad BSc (Ost) MACA
Structural, Cranial & Visceral Osteopathy, Acupuncture and Cupping.
Robi established The Osteopathic Practice in 1994 and has worked for some of the osteopathic “greats” such as Barrie Savoury.
He currently splits his time between Valle de Vida Health / Yoga Retreat in Spain
and The Osteopathic Practice.
Jon a’Brook BSc (Ost)
Structural, Cranial, Visceral Osteopathy and Acupuncture
Qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1994.
After qualifying Jon worked in the Midlands and then in Italy before settling in London. Where he now splits his time between The Osteopathic Practice and his City practice.
Jon’s particular interests are in treating babies and children, expectant mums and sports injuries. He has written articles about osteopathy and driving and has presented a BBC2 programme on sports injuries.
Rebecca Friesner M.Ost, DO, DN
Structural, Cranial & Visceral, Cupping / Taping, Hydrotherapy, Acupuncture and Therapeutic Yoga
Qualified at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 with a Masters in Osteopathy and Naturopathy.
Prior to training as an osteopath Rebecca worked as an outdoor activity instructor for 20 years. Since qualifying as an osteopath Rebecca has continued to qualify in Therapeutic Hatha Yoga.
Harriot Johnson BSc (Ost) Hons
Structural, Cranial & Visceral Osteopathy, Acupuncture and Ultrasound
Qualified British School of Osteopathy in 2001.
Harriot takes a mainly structural approach to osteopathic treatment and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association and of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association. She has been a qualified, practising fitness instructor for the past 18 years.
In addition Harriot is also a qualified massage therapist.
